
The International Seminar on Women and the Qur'an (ISWaQ) seeks to create an academic platform for exploration of the complex and multifaceted relationship between women and the Qur'an. In a world where diversity and gender equality have gained paramount importance, the seminar attempts to unravel the rich- ness and complexity of the Qur'anic approach towards women. Accordingly, the Department of Qur'an & Re- lated Sciences at Fathima Zahra Islamic Women's College, girls' campus of Darul Huda Islamic University in- vites women scholars and researchers to submit abstracts on the diverse roles, interpretations, and issues concerning women in relation to the Qur'an. By exclusively inviting women scholars, ISWaQ endeavours to contribute to a more comprehensive comprehension of the Qur'anic perspective on women and inspire further research and collaboration in this vital area of study.
