Situated in the suburbs of Kottakkal Municipality, Sabeelul Hidaya Islamic College is an affiliated college of Darul Huda Islamic University. Established as a higher secondary residential Madrasa in 1986, it was a transformed into an undergraduate institute of the University in 1997. The College was founded by C.H Bapputty Musliyar, a Sufi scholar. Annahda, a notable Arabic bimonthly in Kerala is published by the College. Currently, C.H Bapputty Musliyar spearheads the administrative affairs of the College.
