ADMISSION TO M.PHIL

Students who manage to successfully complete their two year Master’s Degree program of the University are eligible for admission to the one-year M.Phil program. A certain cut off marks in the four-semester master’s examination conducted by the Board of Examinations of the University and completion of a viva-voce are required for the admission. Successful candidates are admitted to the selected postgraduate departments of the University namely, Department of Qur'anic Studies, Department of Hadith and Related Sciences, Department of Fiqh and Usul al-Fiqh, Department of Islamic Economics and Finance , Department of Aqeeda and Philosophy, Department of Comparative Religion, Department of Civilizational Studies, Department of Societal Development , Department of Arabic Language and Literature and Department of Translation and Comparative Literature.
