NOTIFICATION ON THE APPLICATION FOR CONVOCATION CEREMONY 2025 JUNURAY

1) Log in the account with your five-digit enrollment number and date of birth.

2) Upload your passport size photo with DH official dress code. To update your photo: open your profile (Top-right side of dashboard) ---> click on Update Photo(The photo must be recent and will be used for the Sanad convocation procedure).

3) Click on the Data Entry menu in the left side bar, and update both personal and educational details on or before July 31 (Wednesday). (If you need your exam related details like examination years…etc., you can refer the attached file).

4) Update other details (External education details, Job details, Details of documents applying for, other details, Documents to be uploaded)

5) Check frequently your dashboard, progress and inbox till the end of our convocation programme. If you find any error, edit it and try to complete all needed requirements.

6) Attach the following documents in module 7:
a. Attested Letter of Employed Institution
b. Passport Size Photo
c. Birth Certificate
d. Original/ Provisional Certificate of External Degree
e. Original Mark List of External Degree

7) The certificate and mark list will be produced based on the given details by applicant (if it is not already generated). The Office of Examinations will not be responsible for any mistakes in the documents.
