The Finance Committee

Finance Committee

The finance committee is formulated to give necessary direction to the Executive Committee on any question affecting its finances. It consists of the following members:

a) The Vice-Chancellor who is the Chairman.
b) The Pro – Vice - Chancellor.
c) Members nominated by the Chancellor from the following:

i. One member from the Senate
ii. Two members from the Syndicate
iii. Six members from the Executive Committee of DH Managing Committee other than the Syndicate members.

The Finance Officer is the secretary of the Finance Committee. The members of the Finance Committee hold office for a term of five years from the date of appointment/ nomination.
