PHILOSOPHY

DHIU is founded upon the educational philosophy of Islam which in turn is inspired by the principles of hierarchy and unity of knowledge in its intents, contents and methods. Therefore, our philosophy is based on Recognizing Allah, the almighty as the fountain- head of knowledge (al ‘ allam); acknowledging him as the ultimate end of every human endeavors; and believing that his guidance ( Huda) as the absolute essential part for human development in all spheres of life.

Believing that the prophetic outlet of divine perfect knowledge is trust-worthy and infallible Recognizing that the real distinction between the revelation and human interpretations of Quran Acknowledging that the knowledge shall be acquired, internalized and propagated ( Ta’leem, Tarbiya and Da’wa) for the sake of Allah the almighty and for the benefit of humanity and progress of community at large.
