Department of Community Leadership and Social Change Program

This program cultivates visionary leaders capable of guiding communities through dynamic social contexts. Integrating courses in leadership foundations, communication skills, and community development strategies, it emphasizes ethical and participatory leadership. Students engage deeply with minority rights, public policy, and social transformation frameworks, combining theoretical understanding with field-based practicum and advanced leadership research. Graduates emerge prepared to lead educational, social, and religious institutions, and to pursue higher studies in community development, social work, or leadership studies.
